Parts Advisor- Citroen & Peugeot

Bristol (BS4)

Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum basic

Hours: 42.5hrs per week- Monday to Friday 07:30am to 17:00pm and alternate Saturdays 08:00 to 12:30pm (paid at overtime rate)

Holiday Entitlement: You will receive 30 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Your role:

This role will be reporting to the Parts Manager

* As an advisor, you will deliver exceptional levels of service and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.

* You will be responsible for the accurate and timely ordering of parts for stock either by phone, or face to face.

* You will maintain stock levels in line with demand and dealer standards.

* In addition, you will be responsible for the producing invoices for all sales and will ensure payment is received prior to releasing the parts.

* Handling customer queries, problems, and complaints where possible resolving issues to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the business.

About you:

* Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive industry

* Technical knowledge of automotive parts and systems

* Driving Licence Desirable

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in computer systems and basic office software.
