Job Description: As a Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the clients residential projects. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a background in managing live, occupied residential buildings. You will be the backbone of the site team, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team.
Coordinate and manage site documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date and filed correctly.
Liaise with residents, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and address any issues promptly.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating site meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
Monitor and manage site inventory and order necessary supplies.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Handle any other administrative tasks as required by the site management team.Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Administrator or similar role, specifically in live residential occupied buildings.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
