MARKETING/SOCIAL MEDIA EXEC ROLE working for a well-established successful and creative business in North East Lincolnshire. This is the first time our client has employed anyone to undertake such a wonderful role/responsibility in promoting and highlighting their talent. They are hugely invested in their marketing strategies moving forward.

In this role you will be responsible for inspiring and directing the business with their marketing strategies and introduce a great and lasting impact. You will be a hands-on creative, someone who can identify, manage a range of marketing deliveries, from website development to providing digital content using a range of techniques, across channels including social media and webinars. You will be highly motivated and passionate about marketing and producing tangible results using your talent and guiding the business forward.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead on the day-to-day management of all digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.

* Plan, produce and create of a programme of digital content to be used across all digital channels, increasing engagement with audiences.

* Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering marketing/digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

* Lead on the day-to-day management of all digital channels, creating inspirational, informative, and engaging content.

* Plan, produce and create of a programme of digital content to be used across all digital channels, increasing engagement with audiences.

* Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering marketing/digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.

* Creating a compelling and successful marketing strategy/campaigns to lead the business forward showcasing their talent and projects.

* Manage the development of a new website and regular updates.

* Create creative content - video, photography, and graphics.

* Create awareness and interest within audiences, driving traffic to engage with digital content.

* Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of digital channels/activities using tools like Google Analytics, feeding back to the Directors, and using the data to inform future activities.

* Prioritise and schedule client site work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.

* Manage, implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.

* Participate in regular progress meetings.

* Creatively drafting all marketing material and proofreading.

* Train and share knowledge with all to empower the business.

* Attend events, networking and functions to promote the business, as and when appropriate.

Person specification/experience:

Energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in producing successful marketing strategies, digital content and digital best practice.

Knowledge and experience of running successful marketing campaigns.

Strong creative skills. written content and a keen eye for detail.

Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across channels such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, using tools like Hootsuite.

Experience of photography and creating/editing images, using packages such as Adobe Photoshop.

Experience of video production, including filming, editing (preferably using Final Cut Pro or similar) and delivering via channels such as YouTube.

Understanding of digital analytics and metrics, their importance and the tools to monitor, manage and evaluate them, like Google Analytics and Agora Pulse / Hootsuite.

Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, members, and suppliers.

Able to deliver a range of concurrent projects, on-time and to budget.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and structure work schedules.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Strong creative, writing and proof- reading skills.

Preferably educated to degree level, ideally in marketing or communications, or significant experience of working in a digital marketing role.
