Are you a Maintenance Team Leader / Supervisor looking for an off tools leadership role for one of the largest manufacturers in the world?

Renowned for the development & retention of staff, this multinational manufacturer are currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to coach, mentor, and develop their inhouse engineering team whilst working closely with the Engineering Manager on the strategic development of the site.

An ideal applicant will have a strong maintenance engineering background, excellent leadership abilities, and experience working in the manufacturing, FMCG, heavy engineering, chemical or similar sector.

The company are run as a SME but part of one of the largest manufacturers in the world, promoting a close knit & inclusive working environment. Due to continued growth and expansion at the site, they are currently seeking a Maintenance Lead to join them on a full time & permanent basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the leadership of a team of multiskilled engineers, identifying areas for continuous improvement, and working with the Engineering Manager on wider strategy. The position is off tools and can offer industry learning & development.

Position:

*Maintenance Lead
