Financial Accounts Assistant
Home Based – 1 day a month in Wakefield
We are built on people like you, and we are looking to hire an Financial Accounts Assistant which is a new position within the business.
The position will focus on banking tasks and investigating discrepancies, as well as working with treasury department on data analysis when required and audits.

About the role
* Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly journal entries covering bank statements for multi-currency bank accounts across the UKP division are posted to agreed deadlines.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial records, identifying discrepancies and liaising with appropriate colleagues to resolve; reporting on outstanding items.
* Identifying and correcting exceptions within the actuals in the cash management tool
* Carry out monthly balance sheet reconciliations on key accounts.
* Participating in treasury data analysis as required.
* Assisting the team with external and internal audit requests, ensuring deliverables are provided in a timely fashion
