Rainham Steel have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the team.

Location: Rainham, Essex (RM13 9PF)

Salary: Dependant on Experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Hours: Monday – Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm

Office Administrator – The Role:

As a result of ongoing growth and expansion Rainham Steel, a leading UK steel stockholder, requires a full-time permanent Officer Assistant/ Administrator for immediate start. Working at their Head Office based in Rainham in Essex, the successful applicant will carry out general office and administration tasks.

Office Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

- Basic Administrative duties including emails, post, scanning & filing documents

- Holiday and sickness cover for the main switchboard

- Numerical data entry

- Other adhoc administrative duties

- Full training will be given on in house computer systems

Office Administrator – The Candidate:

- The ideal candidate must be reliable

- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written

- Someone who has a great eye for detail, is highly organised with their approach and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- You should be able to work under pressure with the ability to prioritise workloads and multitask

- Confident and polite telephone manner with an excellent command of the English Language

- Good interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels

- Ability to work in a team environment
