Job Title: Part Time Girls Academy Goalkeeping Coach
Location: Lancing (BN15 9FP)
Hours: 21 hours per week to be worked across Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays or Sundays (dependant on weekend matchday)

Plan and deliver sessions for our Girls' Academy
We are hiring for a part time Goalkeeping Coach to join our girls' academy at our Elite Football Performance Centre. As a Goalkeeping Coach, you will be responsible for providing innovative, engaging and high-quality coaching sessions to challenge and develop our goalkeepers. You will also monitor and evaluate player performance, liaise with Academy staff, and provide formal feedback for players and parents on a regular basis.
Your coaching background
It is essential that you have experience in coaching female players, with an understanding of the FA Girls England Talent Pathway. You will be a team player with highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills.
The successful candidate must hold the following qualifications:
- FA Emergency Aid
- FA Safeguarding Children Workshop
- FA Level 2 in Goalkeeping Coaching & Level 2 Football Coaching (Outfield)
