Operations Manager

This is an outstanding opportunity for an operations manager with a background in production and manufacturing to join one of the UK's most respected and prestigious manufacturers of specialist windows, doors and double glazing products.

* Our client has developed an outstanding reputation for quality and service in the trade window and installer supply sector over the last 25 years.

* They now require an experienced production manager or manufacturing manager to take on the head role of operations manager at the head office and factory.

* The operations manager will need to have a successful background as a production manager in manufacturing windows and doors in a high volume facility.

* You will have experience of managing and motivating a team of managers and supervisors in a window and double glazing manufacturing facility. Experience of glazing production and fenestration is an essential requirement for this very exciting position.

* The operations manager will report directly into the MD and will be directly involved in all aspects of production from goods in to finished products, with an emphasis on quality and service.
