Senior IT Support Analyst – Permanent – Frankfurt – circa €80k plus benefits
Change Digital are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Support Analyst to join a global investment organisation with offices in central Frankfurt to support a user group across Frankfurt, Switzerland, Zurich & Austria. The role will require 5 days onsite, working within a small team, providing technical support within a Windows Infrastructure environment. Skills required for this career opportunity should include but not be limited to:
Windows 10, Windows 11, Office 365, iOS and Mobile Technologies
Minimum of 3 years in a fast paced and dynamic environment in a technical support role
Fluent in German with conversational English
Strong customer service/communication skills
