Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team.

As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and facilitating seamless communication between the sales team and other departments. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of service our clients expect and for driving our sales initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.

Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Customer Service:

Act as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Provide product information, pricing details, and technical support to customers as needed.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive communication.

Sales Coordination:

Liaise with internal departments such as engineering, production, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to manage stock availability.

Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage and organize sales documentation and correspondence.

Support marketing activities, including the preparation of promotional materials and participation in trade shows and events.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Internal sales or any related role

Minimum of ½ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
