Security Assistant/Customer Service

Position: Full-Time Temporary Customer Service/Security Assistant
Contract: 3 months with the possibility of extending
Shift Patterns: 07:00-1400, 14:00-21:00, 21:00-07:00 - Includes weekends and bank holidays
Hourly Rate: £11.44 per hour
Job Description:
The successful applicant will provide a highly visible customer focused presence within the station on a day to day basis to deliver a first class and safe station environment for Train Operating Companies (TOCs), passengers and retailers. They will undertake regular station checks including contractor compliance, security, safety and equipment.
Requirements:
" Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
" Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
" Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
" Experience of working in a customer facing environment
" Confidence to deal with different types of situations assertively
