Position: Supply Teacher

About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools across Chesterfield, providing high-quality education and maintaining continuity for students in the absence of their regular teachers. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students' learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons or create engaging lessons in various subjects.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different schools and students.
Maintain a positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior effectively.
Follow school policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in teaching primary or secondary school students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
