Adelphi Real World – TDR Executive

Who We Are

Adelphi Real World is a global consultancy in healthcare. We collect and interrogate real world data to aid the pharmaceutical industry in understanding the management and treatment of specific diseases. This understanding informs the successful development of pipeline assets and the positioning of inline products. Real world data can also be used to leverage Health Outcomes / Economic argumentation through statistically validated publications.

The TDR Team

This role will be within the Talent, Development & Resourcing (TDR) team. The aim of the TDR team is to create then implement organisational processes to attract, develop, motivate, and retain productive, engaged ARW employees. You will be working closely with internal teams across the company to find them suitable candidates, managing the process from CV screening to providing feedback and liaising with other team members to produce offers.

Key Accountabilities:

The below list of job duties is not exhaustive; the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the role:

* Support the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a streamlined and efficient process

* Use job boards and LinkedIn, plus other methods to seek suitable candidates

* Identify top industry talent, carry out pre-screening, telephone interviewing and arrange face to face interviews

* Provide feedback to candidates in a professional manner

* Build and establish relationships both internally & externally

* Manage multiple roles at any one time

* Screen candidates to ensure visa requirements and salary expectations are aligned with company arrangements.

* Provide ad hoc administrative support on other initiatives within the TDR department

The person:

* Good organisational and multi-tasking skills

* Understand the Pharmaceutical Market Research sector (desired)

* Experience with internal recruitment

* Ability to manage time well and work efficiently

* Highly self-motivating approach to work

* Problem solver, able to use initiative and forward think

* High level verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent IT and numeracy skills

* Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

* Strong attention to detail
