Team Administrator – HR

We have registered a fantastic opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our impressive local client, who is a global and world-leading manfacturing company. Due to an internal promotion this role has recently become available, and they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and detail orientated HR Administrator to join their small HR team. 
Reporting into the HR Manager, this role will allow ample scope for learning and development – which is a great reflection of the company’s values. If you are eager to join an exciting and sustainable company and to learn more about HR, then we would love to hear from you!

Team Administrator - HR Responsibilities

Assisting with recruitment administration including job adverts, tracking applications, scheduling interviews and much more!
Managing multiple inboxes and being the initial contact for HR and recruitment matters.
Preparing letters and contracts.
Maintaining the HR internal information system
Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.
Supporting the HR team with ad hoc administrative duties.

Team Administrator - HR Experience Essentials
To be successful in this role you will :

Have proven administration experience with an excellent eye for detail.
Have prior experience within an HR department, or an understanding of the processes gained through study.
Have excellent time management and organisation skills.
Be proficient in MS Office; experience with SharePoint and SAP would be desirable.
Have a positive can-do attitude, be a hard worker and a team player and have a strong desire to learn and develop.
Team Administrator - HR Location

This is an office-based role with a minimum of 3 days per week to be worked from the client’s site in South Oxford. 1-2 days per week can be worked from home. Parking is available on-site. This role is full-time and permanent.
