My client is seeking a Project Lead who will deliver change within Payroll & HR systems and processes.

This business is a significant player in the retail industry, employing thousands of people across the UK. With their headquarters in Doncaster, they have a strong focus on technological innovation and are well-known for their commitment to providing high-quality services and products.

This is a 12 month FTC, with hybrid working. Based in Doncaster.

Description

Oversee the implementation of payroll and HR projects
Deliver change within Payroll & HR systems and processes
Co-ordinate finance transformation initiatives
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project objectives are met
Manage project risks and issues, providing solutions when necessary
Monitor project progress and report on status to senior management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processesProfile

A degree or relevant work experience
Experience in managing payroll and HR system projects
Hands on experience working with HR/Payroll systems
Proven track record in leading finance transformation initiatives
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proficiency in using project management softwareJob Offer

A salary range of up to £70,000 per annum
