Reliability Services Supervisor

Job Description
The Reliability Services Supervisor of the Beverage/Fresh business, which includes Extraction, Filling, and Plastics, assists with planning and implementing labor for the assigned production of goods or products that are available for the plant to perform the workflow process. This supervisor will support the Reliability Services Manager in planning and forecasting changes for assigned areas and coordinate production when appropriate and provide other support to production and management as required. This position will work year-round to ensure that juicing and bottling production is optimized, and production is maintained with high quality standards. The Reliability Services Supervisor is a team player who can work during a variety of shifts and who can communicate effectively with cross functional teams.  The Reliability Services Supervisor also needs to be Safety and Quality minded.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises personnel and ensures a safe working environment.
Monitors equipment and production schedule to exceed efficiencies, reduce waste and maintain production standards quality.
Inspects work for completeness.
Responsible for tracking and improving downtime and changeover processes.
Inputs, analyzes, and communicates quality control data.
Observes and enforces safety, GMPs, and Food safety programs and attends appropriate training sessions.
Ensure reporting and communication is frequent and accurate as required.
Keeps timecards and other routine records.
Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
Develop an understanding of customers' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse work group.
Performs other duties as required.
Analyzes data and reports out daily OEE metrics.
