Business Administrator as Expert Cost Charging (m/f/d)

As part of our expert community of Business Reporting you will take over the position as Expert for the subject area Cost Charging (COCH) and be responsible for transitioning COCH processes.

  • In this role, you lead the design of the new tools of cost charging in collaboration with cost charging stakeholders, IT departments and business units.
  • You assume the coordination role for implementing the cost charging tools in S4 ERP system and lead the creation of know-how for these tools and communicate your know-how in user trainings for the community.
  • You drive proactively development of processes of cost charging in S4, implementation of optimization processes with IT departments.
  • You assume the ownership of functional mentorship of various areas of competence for ongoing cost charging processes and lead ongoing cost charging business with your expertise.
  • Degree in business administration or business informatics with a focus on accounting/controlling and several years of professional experience in those fields within BASF
  • Strong command of SAP R/3, Non-Trade Portal and the MS Office applications is a must
  • Familiarity with the organizational set up of BASF and strong network in the company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and appreciation of working in intercultural teams
  • Strong customer orientation, high degree of personal initiative and value opportunities for cooperation

  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
  • Work mobile from other EU countries for up to six weeks.
  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
  • Gross annual salary (full-time): 64.000 - 67.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
