Are you a Cost Manager with a minimum of 3 - 5 years post qualification experience within a cost consultancy environment ?

The Role
Working alongside an experienced team of Senior Cost Managers and Associate Directors, you will work on a wide variety of projects. They range across various sectors from commercial, mixed-use, health and education, schools and residential, so experience in these will be advantageous.
Duties
*
Provide a full suite of Cost Management duties to high profile clients.
*
Provide effective support and mentoring to Graduates and Apprentices.
*
Delivery of cost management outputs, in accordance with agreed timescales & quality standards.
Who you are
You will be someone who has proven experience within a cost consulting environment and able to provide the full Cost Management services including Procurement; Contract Administration, Cost Reporting and Final Account resolution.
Excellent pre-contract experience alongside construction delivery experience is essential. As is strong commercial awareness, and an appetite for business development.

Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender document tools will be essential.

Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors.
Qualifications
*
Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
*
Accredited to MRICS (or equivalent) or working towards it
