In this role, you'll provide vital assistance to children from trauma-informed backgrounds and/or adults facing complex learning, physical, and behavioral challenges. Whether in community, supported living, or residential care settings, your duties may include behavioral support, personal care for adults, and household tasks. We offer flexible scheduling options, training and support to ensure your success.
Requirements for Support Worker role:
- Previous social care experience preferred.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Friendly, proactive, and compassionate attitude.
- Willingness to support individuals in a challenging behaviour setting.
