We are thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a growing company in Derby. As part of an expansion, they have recently acquired a second home, a 3 bed EBD home with full planning permission secured and an existing facility nearby to provide additional support.
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead the operations of our new residential home. This role is perfect for Deputy Managers ready to step up to their first registration, offering a fantastic chance to lead and make a significant impact. 📢 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
- Manage and lead a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality care services.
- Implement and monitor effective strategies for resident care and staff development.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and continuously seek to improve service quality.
