Technical Centre Manager

Overview: Join the senior leadership team as the Technical Centre Manager (Site Manager) with our client – a global market leader, manufacturing cutting edge technological components for the Automotive sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all technical elements of the Design, Manufacturing and Maintenance of the site. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse areas and lead the business into the future.
Skills required for Technical Centre Manager:
5 years + Engineering /Manufacturing Manager experience
Ideal experience from the Automotive, Aerospace or Electronics sectors
Proven track record of managing large numbers of multi-disciplinary Project teams.
Experienced with Capex, ROI, Business Forecasting and Customer Markets
Proven track record of Leading Continuous Improvements
Excellent communicator across all stake holder levels including directors, customers and suppliers.
Available for some travel (UK and abroad)
