The school is currently looking for a capable teacher who can come on board and provide fresh perspectives. The chosen candidate will have a wide range of duties at work.
Your duties include helping each student individually with the work they have been assigned for the day.
To monitor the growth and success of your students, fill out daily and weekly reports.
Engage in student meetings where you may share insightful observations and work with a multidisciplinary team to serve the individual needs of each kid.
Things to consider:
There is no grading involved, so we can concentrate just on instructing and assisting our students.
Working in a small, energetic team that prioritises positivity and collaboration creates a collaborative environment.
For professional growth, participate in weekly and daily reporting to improve your abilities and support student progress meetings.
Desirable Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
Unqualified Teachers will be acceptable.
Experience working with children or young people with mental health needs is desirable.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine desire to make a difference in students’ lives.
