Overview:
At Compass Associates, we are excited to partner with one of the UK’s leading providers of private mental health and well-being services to headhunt for a Clinical Services Managers for their dedicated CAMHS Eating Disorder service in Hove - Brighton.
As the Clinical Services Manager, you will work as a member of the senior management team, collaborating directly with the Hospital Director to ensure the delivery of a well-aligned service that achieves outstanding outcomes with the CQC. You will collaborate with a wider team of stakeholders and staff members to make this goal achievable. Additionally, you will serve as both a clinical and operational expert for the clinic's clinical services, ensuring exceptional care is delivered to patients and that staff feel well supported.
Responsibilities will include:
* Be responsible for managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated workforce through effective recruitment, professional development, and performance management processes.
* Oversee the execution of the clinical services business plan, including the management of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
* Ensuring clinical services are compliant with statuary regulations including by the CQC.
* Ensuring that site objectives are achieved and fostering a high-quality service to attract new service users.
Requirements:
* Hold a valid NMC registration as a RMN or RNLD nurse.
* Candidates with an RGN background will be considered if they have experience in a mental health setting.
* Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience required.
Location:
Located in the Hove area of Brighton, this service offers excellent connectivity to the A27, facilitating easy access to nearby areas such as Eastbourne and Worthing, as well as destinations further afield including Burgess Hill and Crawley.

Situated within a 20-minute walking distance from Hove Train Station.
