I am currently recruiting a foreman for a leading civil engineering subcontractor who are delivering a large infrastructure project in the Berkshire/ Surrey region. My client are operating across a framework for a valued client with long term work confirmed.
Foreman responsibilities:
* Site Management Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Safety Compliance Enforce safety protocols and ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Team Coordination Supervise and motivate site personnel, including subcontractors and labourers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Quality Control Monitor work quality, ensuring all work meets the specified standards and client expectations.
Foreman requirements:
* Right to work in the UK.
* CSCS card (Gold/ Black).
* SSSTS/SMSTS.
* First aid.
* Safety critical medical.
* Highways passport.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Previous experience with highways.
