Established in 1979, we manufacture ball valve components and refurbish balls that have failed during operation. Our ball valves will seal in any position through the opening and closing process.
Our bespoke services can significantly increase the product life and performance of ball valve systems, reducing the heavy costs of downtime or ball replacement for our customers.
The Job
We are after 1 very highly skilled CNC Miller to join us
Must be apprentice trained, time served, fully skilled, able to programme and understand programming although this will not be asked as the programs are generated in the office, but needs solid knowledge of interpretation. able to set and operate a Hartford HCMC - 1682 this is the machine on offer, does not have to have knowledge on this machine, someone with knowledge and experience would be able to pick this up.
Must be in a current CNC role with knowledge of the oil and gas sector and working with exotic materials.
Working to exceptional tight tolerances 10’th of a thousandth of an inch
Package
* Day shift role.
* Monday to Wednesday 06:00 - 14:35
* Thursday 06:00 - 12:00
* 39hrs a week with a rate of £18.06 per hour.
* Overtime available
* We would like the candidate to be flexible to work shifts if needed in the future
