We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our fantastic growing client based in Jarrow.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge
* Develop an understanding of fuel products, market sectors, cross selling.
* Future futures and emerging strategies
2. Customer Engagement
* Effective customer relationship techniques
* Driving targets, sales and budget aspirations
3. Operations and Supply Chain
* Planning of vehicles and compliance
* Stock holding and stock location knowledge.
4. Management and Leadership
* Learn and develop best practice in management.
* Show leadership qualities and forward thinking.
Job Description:
The Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program focusing on developing the skills and knowledge required for leadership potential. The position is designed for future leaders within fuel sales and become a depot manager of the future. You will have exposure to all areas of the business including sales, operations, H&S and HR.
