Essential skills:
Experience in all aspects of Production machinery both Manual and CNC.
Experience and knowledge in working with Duplex and Nickel Alloy Materials.
Good numerical and literacy skills.
Able to do metric conversions from drawings.
Experience of machine parts inspections using gauges.
Ability to run multiple similar machines.

This CNC Machinist role will hold the below responsibilities:
Your role will be to ensure the production of high-quality products through operating the CNC machines.
Ensure work is carried out safely and priorities health and safety.
Take responsibility for the quality and inspection of their own work.
Cleaning and de- burring of the parts.
Set up machines using provided instructions and programmes provided by the production engineering department.
Record production hours correctly.
Run the machines in line with the speed and feeds called by the programs and monitor performance.
Ensure good and professional communication is maintained with your opposite DDS machinist during shift handover.
Desirable skills:
Experience of Fanuc controllers.
Ability to edit programmes when needed.
Ability to use CMM Inspections
Ability to run multiple similar machines.
Overtime rates:
Weekdays – 1.5 x basic hourly rate
Saturday – 1.5 x basic hourly rate
Sunday – 2 x basic hourly rate
(Our client is also hiring for a night shift and double day shift)
