Pure are working exclusively with a well established client who are looking for a experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their contact centre team due to growth.
Main Duties:
Creating a booking spreadsheet from trackers for jobs due that month
Management of a tracker on system of data for property/construction clients
Running a small team of 3-4 call handlers, admin staff
Delegating daily admin tasks, emails, booking jobs etc
Delivering targets and KPI's to the teamKey Requirements:
Must have Team Leading experience within a office environment
Contact Centre experience would be ideal
Construction industry experience would be a bonus
Excellent Customer Service experience
Driven and motivation
Must be able to drive due to location
Must have Excel knowledge basis or immediate level
