Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Stoke-On-Trent, Harriseahead

Salary: £29,808 - £31,264

Hours: 40 Hrs

Candidates must have their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce. You must also have at least 2 years of experience within residential Childcare and working alongside young people.

Must have a valid UK Driving License

Using life skills, you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference in a child's life. You will meet a variety of children and young people, some of whom may require high levels of supervision and support.
Within this leadership role, you will not only ensure the welfare and care of each child but also give guidance and support to all residential workers.
You will be committed to making a difference, this includes being responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, policies, procedures, risk assessments, rotas and making sure that education is supported.
