Description
Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
Maintain all machinery and ensure its efficiency and safety.
Create and implement maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Check electrical and hydraulic systems for functionality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.Profile
A successful Maintenance Lead should have:
An educational background in Engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of the manufacturing process within the FMCG industry.
Excellent knowledge of the functionality of machinery and equipment used in an FMCG setting.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a managerial/lead position.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
