Primary Teaching Assistant - Full time

We are actively recruiting for dedicated teaching assistants to work in schools in RCT, the job role would involve working on a 1:1 or small group basis with children who need that extra support.
Your responsibilities would include:
Supporting primary aged pupils with their learning.
Assisting the class teacher with classroom management and setting up the class for the day.
Uphold the schools’ policies and contribute to their ethos and culture!
Assist the class teacher with monitoring and recording of the pupils progress, providing feedback when and where necessary.
Work on a 1:1 or small group basis, providing support and guidance and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
What you will receive:
Excellent rate of pay from £83.40 to £96.40 per day!
Refer a friend bonus earning £125 each!
