Site Manager - Residential background

Clearfield are recruiting a number 1 site manager, for a growing family run main contractor covering projects in North East London.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering residential design & build contracts up to circa £10m / 50units, as well as being a commutable distance from site.

Majority of projects thereafter are based within M25, so there will be a need to be flexible with commuting.

Suitable candidate must have:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid
- 4yrs Experience as a No1 Site manager with an SME residential main contractor

The role will be on a permanent basis.
