Stock Administrator
£11.44-£11.50 | Monday-Friday | Several shifts available
Northampton, Swan Valley | Temporary-Permanent
We are partnering with an established third-party logistics company, who are looking to recruit a Stock Controller for their growing team in Swan Valley. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has skills within stock control.
Duties:
Dealing with transport/carrier bookings and queries (inbound and outbound).
Waving of customer order volumes in a timely manner to meet customer SLA requirements.
Setting up and actioning stock transfer requests to optimise stock availability and resolving stock issues.
Production admin - including production of labels, stock allocation, specifications, costings, etc.
Completion of control measures/checks across all areas of the warehouse operation to ensure that customer KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies, taking appropriate action to investigate, correct and record the event using Microsoft Excel and Access.
Participate in customer stock takes
Report potential risks and aid loss prevention (theft or damage).
Candidate Requirements:
Work experience as a Stock Administrator or a similar role/environment
