Project Manager FM

Location: Nottingham-based with travel across West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Company Car or Car Allowance
We are searching for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in running projects of various sizes and a solid knowledge of facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Oversight: Manage FM projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Labour and Cost Management: Appoint and monitor appropriate labour and site management, control labour costs, and produce comprehensive project programs.
* Client and Team Coordination: Attend and contribute to client and contracts meetings, maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
* Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits, ensuring quality of workmanship, safety compliance, and addressing any on-site issues.
* Health and Safety: Oversee site health and safety from the pre-contract stage through to project completion.
* Documentation and Reporting: Produce site meeting minutes, contractor’s reports, and manage project variations in collaboration with the QS team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Project Management within the Facilities Management sector.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage a varied workload and work well unsupervised.
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Project.
* Ideally SMSTS qualified or equivalent experience.
* Hands-on experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
