Employer Brand Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 experience dependant
Cambridge - Hybrid 3 days a week, 2 days from home
Are you a storyteller with experience building unique, differentiated employer brands?
We are working with a scaling tech business based in Cambridge who are looking for a creative, that understands what it takes to stand out in a competitive marketplace for talent, the work you do will engage the team and attract new talent building a lasting employer brand which differentiates the strengths of the business culture
Your responsibilities:
This role will shape and craft how their EVP is embedded throughout every touch point in their business.
You will own the consistency in their messaging of their internal tone of voice
Lead on internal and external events focusing on the employer brand
You will be a great story teller, sharing stories of the culture, people and company goals in innovative and compelling ways
Manage the social media channels and career sites to reflect their EVP
Develop metrics to measure your impact in enhancing their employer brand Experience and skills required
You will have strong communications, marketing or employer brand experience - where you’ve been responsible for owning, leading and executing the strategy
Proven ability to generate original, meaningful and creative content across multiple channels for different personas
Experienced in driving results through the creation and delivery of campaigns
Excellent copywriting and communication skills are essential
Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment
