Recruitment Consultant Job Specification
* Identifying and develop client relationships
* Communicate with clients to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals
* Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
* Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
* Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
* Collect reference checks and conduct interviews
* Research and develop recruitment leads
* Build long term client relationships
Desirable Skills
* 2 Years Recruiting experience
* Knowledge and understanding of recruiting and sourcing techniques
* Customer Service and sales skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well-organised
* Ability to make reasonable decisions
* Experience using applicant tracking and recruitment marketing software
* Excellent with prioritisation and time-management
* Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
