Salary: £140 - £200 per day (subject to experience)

At Tradewind, we are passionate about finding a dedicated and experienced Year 3 Primary Teacher for this long-term role. This good school has developed a knowledge-based curriculum where they develop pupils into confident, resilient, and independent learners. The school uses a range of learning schemes such as Nelsons Handwriting, Read Write Inc and White Roses Maths to support with planning and lesson resources. Experience with Little Wandle and Phonics schemes would be desirable. The school uses a range of assessment strategies to determine how to differentiate learning as well as assess pupil progress.

This role is open to both experienced teachers and ECTs!

Role and Responsibilities:

Create and deliver lesson plans to meet diverse student needs
Utilise phonics to support
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as neededEssential requirements:

Have QTS/QTLS
Strong knowledge of Phonics, including experience with Little Wandle is desirable
Previous Experience teaching Year 3/Key Stage 2
Commitment to creating a positive learning environment
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
