This Specialist resource provision is provided by the school and consists of students who primary needs on their Education and Heath Care Plans is speech, communication and language needs, including autism. This provision is in Kingston and if you apply for this role you will need to be available full time starting In September and able to commute to Kingston.
The successful SEN Teacher will be responsible for contributing to the delivery and development of the curriculum and work in a non-confrontational way to ensure each students needs are being met. The SEN Teacher will also work with other members of staff as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The chosen SEN Teacher will develop lesson plans analysing and self-reflecting on the outcomes ensuring lesson are maintaining pace, motivation and challenges.
