Caretaker

Are you an experienced site manager or are you a caretaker seeking extra responsibilities?

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm
Tuesday evening: 9pm (lock up site) Responsibilities:

Be responsible for managing the site on a daily basis
Complete any minor repairs
Take part in groundworks maintenance
Complete reports through a computer
Take part in any manual handling duties required
Complete all training necessary for the roleRequirements:

Punctual and self motivated individual
