We are currently recruiting for Health Care Triage Handlers for one of our clients, a reputable insurance company! Our client is based in Sheffield, S11 and are looking for enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join their team.

Your role will involve answering inbound calls to support their customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey. Whether this is overnight care, outpatient treatment, diagnostic tests, scans or aftercare you will help and support the customers to get to the right specialist private treatment that they need.

Main Duties:
Answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries
Guiding the customers to the appropriate onward claims journey
Demonstrating empathy and care towards the customer and their circumstances
Providing customers with excellent customer service, whilst upholding the standards of the company, as well as a friendly and professional approach
Successful Candidates:
Excellent communication skills
The ability to be empathetic towards the customers
Experience within a call-handling environment
The ability to explain things in a clear and understandable way
Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:
The role is being offered on a temporary basis, with the view to go permanent at the end of 3 months.
Working hours for the role will be 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).
Your hourly rate for the role will be £13.14 per hour.
Interviews for the role will take place on Wednesday 12th June, between 9:30am and 1pm, via Microsoft Teams.
After the initial training period you will be office based full-time, with the intention to move hybrid thereafter for 3 days per week.
