A national business specialising within the Packaging/FMCG industry are on the lookout for a project engineer to assist in the planning, development and execution of capital projects.
This role will be based from the Wakefield site, however national travel to other sites (company expensed) will be occasionally required, as/when the role demands.
This location is comfortably commutable by car from Pontefract, Wakefield, Leeds, Knottingley, Doncaster, Castleford, Barnsley and Dewsbury!
Projects will consist of site expansions, line upgrades and continuous improvement projects for the business as well as new-build Greenfield projects.
Experience in the Food/FMCG industry in a project based role is a must and experience at working with packaging machinery is a must.
Required experience for the role of Project Engineer:
Installation and Fault finding of HV & LV systems.
Good demonstrable knowledge of working on CapEx projects prior
Experience at working with PLCs
Demonstrable experience at Food/FMCG Projects prior.This role is a Monday to Friday Days role, and pays up to £55k to the successful candidate.

Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
