Job Description
The Storytelling department is the owner of the brand voice. We are responsible for transforming marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling creative concepts for all markets. We collaborate within our department and across Global Marketing, Product Development, Communications, and Digital to deliver consumer-facing content that is unique to fresh. We love telling stories as much as using skincare.
Your Impact to the role:
Generate creative, compelling, and succinct copy in partnership with Global Marketing and Product Development to support business objectives (SEO strategy, competitive messaging, brand voice)
Translate marketing strategies and consumer insights into compelling, creative concepts that resonate with the target consumer while remaining on brand
Develop and oversee efficacy-driven skincare copy for both Global and China markets, creating campaign & consumer messaging strategy; packaging copy; and master copy for 360 campaigns
Creatively translate claims and efficacy language into clear, enticing consumer-facing copy
Actively collaborate with Digital Marketing and Social to ensure messaging strategy has high conversion and SEO across all digital channels (onsite and e-retail assets, organic social, paid ads, email, etc.)
Partner closely with Communications to create branded content for special days that builds brand awareness and long-term brand desirability
Oversee copy projects related to reformulations and packaging changes, working closely with Global Marketing, Product Development, Project Management, and Regulatory to meet deadlines
Your impact in your first year:
The Manager of Brand Copywriting will oversee half of our skincare campaigns and branded projects at fresh. They will oversee 3-4 major campaigns with a comprehensive understanding of the China and Global target consumer, working closely with Global Marketing and Digital. Additionally, they will create branded content for 2-3 special days that will build brand awareness and long-term brand desirability.
