About the role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for the smooth running of our office and handling administrative tasks including email correspondence, sorting post, and travel arrangements.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Manage email correspondence promptly
Coordinate travel arrangements
Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure Director is sufficiently equipped for project progression
Meet company deadlines and prioritise new projects effectively
Maintain excellent communication with all members of the team

About you:

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills with a strong ability to prioritise and manage their time efficiently. You will be able to thrive while working under pressure and have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be confident using Microsoft Office suite. It is essential that you have previous experience working in an administrative role and a driving licence.

This role is part-time working 22 - 35 hours per week where you will be working Monday to Thursday 10:00am – 2:30pm and Fridays 11am – 3pm.  This role is initially remote; however you will be transitioned to the Ipswich waterfront office once this has been set up.
