The company we're recruiting for are a top 10 Main Contractor who deliver projects up to £100m across Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial offices. With a forward order book at their highest levels ever, this company is currently debt free with huge opportunities for a Senior Project Manager like you to come on board and move your career forward.

You'll be the overall project lead reporting into the Operations Manager for the Midlands region and your initial project will be a £40m redevelopment of a city centre retail store. Being a refurbishment job, this will be a fairly challenging build that will require significant management experience of projects £20m plus previously. You'll be tested with maintaining the programme whilst being reactive and developing changes where necessary.

In the Midlands region of this business, you'll be one of the more experienced project leads with significant investment in your career to progress past the Senior Project Manager role into Contracts Manager and upwards. You won't ever work more than an hour from home and your salary will be reviewed every 6 months. In order to be eligible, it is essential that you have main contracting experience as a project lead.

In addition to salary, you'll receive an £8,500 car allowance or company car, bonus, healthcare, 6% matched pension and training & development support.
