Our client is a leading business in Dewsbury, looking for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join them. They are a passionate team of individuals who strive to give outstanding customer service throughout, speaking to customers over the phone and email until a solution is found.

The right candidate will have experience within a customer focused role where high levels of attention to detail and empathy play a key part in your day. You will be happy dealing with complaints and sales responsibilities. Benefits include 25 days holidays & bank holidays and free on-site parking.

What the Customer Support Executive role entails:

Being a key point of contact for customers, both over the phone and via email, managing a busy inbox and responding quickly and effectively.
Complaint handling and solving challenging queries regarding orders, showing patience and empathy throughout - stopping at nothing until this is resolved.
Processing incoming orders via Sage, managing and updating stock availability.
Becoming a product expert, handling all queries and providing proactive information to customers on the range and options available to them - upselling when necessary.
Order management, keeping customers updated on any possible delays or general updates on their order.What we are looking for in a Customer Support Executive:

Strong experience in customer service and sales support.
Happy dealing with complaints, with the ability to think on your feet and find effective solutions quickly.
Genuine care and attention with all customers, ensuring that a positive solution is found in every situation.
Ideally some order processing experience, or general systems experience to a good level.
Experience working in a fast paced environment and not being phased by this.If you are empathetic, people first, approachable, patient, forward thinking, and a team player and looking to join a team of like-minded people in this approach - this is the company and role for you.
