Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a challenging and dynamic role?
  
We are seeking a motivated Payroll Manager to a team in Belfast, overseeing payroll operations for clients across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead project management for client onboarding, covering implementations, risk management, and resource allocation.
Monitor team performance, analysing resource usage to exceed department and firm budgets.
Provide escalated challenge resolution support to clients and our Payroll & Employment Tax team.
Ensure accurate technical guidance aligned with client needs and contribute to strategic planning and technology adoption.
Conduct advanced technical research and communicate insights effectively in client meetings or in writing. Experience and Skills:
Experience working in a similar role. 
Experience working with a portfolio of clients. 
Leaderships skills.
