Role Overview:
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our operations in the US, ensuring the smooth implementation and execution of our business strategies while maintaining a strong presence in the market. This is a crucial leadership role that requires an individual with a strong background in the IT and Services industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve the company's goals and objectives in US
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue
Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
Identify market trends and customer needs to develop new product and service offerings
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
Manage the budget and financial performance of the US office, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
Collaborate with other departments within the company to optimize cross-functional operations and drive efficiency
Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, strong passion, ownership, accountability, and teamwork while fostering a culture of excellence.
Proficient at Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Google Sheets & Slides
Methodical, well-organized, detail-oriented, and result oriented
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in a similar Country Manager role within the IT and Services industry
Strong understanding of the US market dynamics and cultural nuances
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams
Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute business plans
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
