eSift is currently seeking an HR Business Partner (Support Centre) to join our client, a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical, and healthcare products. This role covers a wide range of HR functions, including Learning and Development, Employment Law, TUPE, Talent Management, Organisational Design, and Employee Relations, with a focus on supporting management teams in achieving their business objectives.
 
Salary: Up to £65k per annum
Benefits: Car allowance, private healthcare, on-target bonus, and pension
Location: South Normanton, Northampton (regular travel to these offices required)
 
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the key interface between HR and specific departments
Develop and implement people strategies, programmes, and policies
Own and support key business programmes such as employee experience surveys, leadership development, DE&I, and Wellbeing
Handle complex ER case work and seek continuous improvement opportunities
Develop leadership skills across the business  
Requirements:

Ability to build credibility and trust within the organisation
Experience as a change agent, facilitating organisational change
Proven coaching and consulting skills with senior stakeholders
Strong project management skills
In-depth knowledge of employment law and generalist HR practices
Excellent customer focus and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excluding Access)
Ideally educated to A-level standard or equivalent
